A PET bottle blowing station is designed to produce bottles of various capacities ranging from 200 ml to 2000 ml, catering to diverse packaging needs. In the semi-automatic model, preforms are manually loaded into the heating chamber, while the blowing cycle is controlled with ease by operators. The fully automatic model integrates preform feeding, heating, stretching, and blowing in a continuous process, ensuring higher output and uniform quality.

The plant is supported by essential utilities, including high-pressure air compressors for bottle forming, air dryers to ensure dry and clean compressed air, and chillers to maintain stable mould and machine temperatures for consistent quality. A range of interchangeable moulds allows quick changeovers for producing different bottle sizes, offering operational flexibility.
