We began our operations in 2001 with a small setup in Naraina, New Delhi. At that stage, our primary focus was to establish ourselves as a reliable provider of water and beverage machinery. With a limited setup but a strong vision, we concentrated on delivering quality solutions and building trust with every project we undertook.
As demand for our products and services started increasing, we expanded our operations in 2003 by setting up a new manufacturing unit in Gurgaon. This expansion allowed us to meet the growing demand for filling and packaging lines while improving our production capacity and efficiency.
A major turning point in our journey came in 2008, when we enhanced our manufacturing capabilities by acquiring CNC laser cutting technology for conveyor manufacturing. This step marked a shift towards precision engineering and enabled us to produce more accurate, reliable, and high-quality components.
In 2010, we started participating in international exhibitions, which gave us the opportunity to showcase our expertise on a global platform. This exposure helped us connect with international clients and allowed us to understand global standards and incorporate them into our solutions.
By 2019, our consistent efforts and dedication had earned us associations with several national brands. This phase marked a period of recognition and expansion, where we began focusing on scaling our operations and strengthening our presence in the industry.
In 2021, we further expanded our capabilities by setting up a new factory in Kundli, equipped with advanced fabrication facilities. This modern infrastructure enabled us to handle larger projects and deliver more complex plant solutions with greater efficiency.

Our product range includes the most advanced rinsing, filling, and capping lines specifically designed for bottles and jars. These systems can be used in a broad spectrum of applications such as packaged drinking water, natural mineral water, carbonated soft drinks, juices, edible oils, honey, and cosmetic liquids. We design our machines to work at high speeds, and they are highly hygienic, so all our products are of the quality required.
In the modern competitive world, the presentation of a product is a crucial consideration in brand identity. We also offer sophisticated labelling systems, which result in accuracy, uniformity, and professionalism. Our solutions include BOPP labelling units, shrink sleeve applicators, sticker labelling lines, and inkjet coding systems. These systems are designed to deliver accurate labelling while maintaining high production speeds.
One of the most important stages of beverage production is the processing stage. Our products encompass an entire selection of process room and syrup room equipment, such as tanks with agitators, filter press systems, plate heat exchangers, homogenisers, pasteurisers, CIP systems, carbonators, cooling tunnels, and utility backup systems. These solutions guarantee smooth processing, regular product quality and effective operations.
The basis of any beverage or packaged drinking water plant is water quality. Our water treatment facilities are modelled to satisfy BIS and FSSAI requirements and produce safe and hygienic water. Our solutions encompass filtration, purification, and disinfection processes designed to meet various water sources and needs.
Following production, packaging becomes crucial to ensure the integrity of the product in terms of storage and transportation. We utilise semi- and fully- automatic shrink wrappers and carton tapers to ensure safe and effective wrapping.
We also manufacture PET bottle blowing machines, allowing companies to produce their own bottles. We also have economy models, hand-feed mid-range machines, and fully automatic high-speed systems, which are flexible according to the production requirements.
One of the key strengths of J.PEE is our strong in-house production. We are not like most other companies, which depend on outside suppliers and we produce the entire line of machinery in our own plant. This will enable us to have a close quality check and consistency for all products.
