For final presentation and distribution, the system incorporates post-packaging equipment, including high-speed labelling machines for accurate label application and shrink carton wrapping systems for robust secondary packaging.

A Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant is an advanced water treatment system designed to produce high-quality purified water through multiple stages of treatment. The process begins with a Multigrade Filter (MGF), which removes suspended solids, turbidity, and coarse impurities from the raw water. The filtered water then passes through an Activated Carbon Filter (ACF), which effectively eliminates chlorine, organic matter, color, and odor, thus protecting downstream equipment. To prevent scaling on membranes, antiscalant dosing is carried out, ensuring smooth operation and longer membrane life.
The pre-treated water is further polished using micron filters, which act as fine sieves to remove any remaining particulate matter, ensuring that only clean water enters the RO membranes. The RO membranes are the heart of the system, where water is forced through semi-permeable membranes under high pressure, separating dissolved salts, heavy metals, and contaminants to produce pure permeate and concentrated reject.
For disinfection and microbial control, the system incorporates a UV unit to inactivate harmful microorganisms, and an ozone unit for residual disinfection and improved water stability. Finally, a transfer and storage system ensures the safe handling, distribution, and supply of treated water, making the RO plant highly efficient and reliable.
