A modern country liquor glass filling line is a precision-engineered system designed for efficiency, hygiene, and brand integrity. The process begins with inverted air-jet cleaning of bottles to ensure no particulate matter remains. The bottles are then conveyed to a state-of-the-art volumetric filler, which guarantees a consistent and exact pour into each container, critical for maintaining product value and compliance.
Following filling, the bottles immediately move to the capping station. This is where the Roll-On Pilfer-Proof (ROPP) capping machine plays its vital role. The ROPP cap, typically made of aluminium, is mechanically rolled onto the bottle's thread. This process creates an airtight seal, paramount for preserving the liquor's aroma, strength, and preventing oxidation. Most importantly, the ROPP mechanism includes a lower pilfer ring that breaks away from the main cap upon first opening, providing consumers with a clear, irreversible sign of tampering. This tamper-evident feature is essential for building consumer trust and ensuring product safety in a competitive market.
The entire line—conveying, filling, and capping—is constructed from stainless steel for easy cleaning and durability, ensuring a hygienic and reliable operation for high-volume production.
